The amicable staff all round. All in all magnificent and incredible setting really close to mono valley, and train/bus station and restaurants on main road. For tea or coffee visit La Troje de adobe nearby.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I greatly enjoyed the room. the bed was perfect. - the location was marvelous, Las Botellas was just a short walk away from the hotel. - Staying at the property was wonderful, I would want to stay there again. The location is convenient, just across the main street, and not noisy. The room was warm and the blankets were super comfortable. The single employee, Guadeloupe, was very pleasant and helpful. The owners were friendly, and the place was perfectly located. Near to everything as the town is small. Cycling to Mono Valley was beautiful, and the guys at 3 Amigos were really helpful with good advice on everything. There was a shop right next door to the hotel for drinks and snacks, and there was a small restaurant at the hotel for food. Friendly helpful staff and clean with a needed working heater as the nights did get chilly.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Dona Crucita in Creel. The room was comfortable, with a perfect king size bed and a separate bedroom with its own bathroom. The location was ideal, close to the charming La Troje de Adobe coffee shop where we had the best coffee and hot chocolate during our entire 5-week stay in Mexico. The owners were friendly and the single employee, Guadeloupe, was very pleasant and kept the room clean.

Great manager. Very close to the station and city center. The room has all the basic stuff you need to spend a night, nothing extra. It was pretty cold outside and the room had enough warm blankets and a heater. The single employee, Guadeloupe, was very pleasant and helpful and she kept the room and sheets etc. very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and accommodating staff.

I recently stayed at Hotel Dona Crucita in Creel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just across the main street but not noisy. The room was cozy and the blankets were incredibly comfortable. The service was great and the staff were friendly. The price was very affordable and the hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza and El Chepe train station. The hot water was reliable and the included WiFi worked well.

I always return to this hotel for my city breaks. The staff once helped me find a lost item. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, laundry, flat-screen TV. No pets or smoking allowed. Great place to stay!

I had a great stay at Dona Crucita in Creel. the location is perfect, as it is close to the train and bus terminal. There are also plenty of restaurants around, making it convenient for dining options. the bed and pillows provided were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the availability of hot water was a plus, allowing for a relaxing shower. the atmosphere was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. Guadalupe, our host, was very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our visit. the apartment we stayed in was spacious and well, equipped, with a separate bedroom and bathroom, accommodating all six of us comfortably. the king, size bed was especially perfect. During our five, week stay in Mexico, we discovered the nearby La Troje de Adobe, where we enjoyed the best coffee and hot chocolate. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.
